The skin-side Rl· grid Polartec' Power Dry' preserves heat by storing warm air between the fabric's fiber pillars, while the smooth, exterior R2\\" (Polartec· Thermal Pro\\"1 surface affords frictionless layering. Between the two fabrics lies a windproof urethane laminate to seal out cold blasts. The Wind bloc may be worn comfortably as outerwear in dry conditions, and layers well under a shell in stormy weather. Shoulders have flat-sewn seams for pack-strap comfort; handwa rmer pockets ride high and clear of a harness. A wind flap comes up and over the collar to seal out drafts and cush ion neck and chin. With chest pocket, drawcorded hem and elasticized cuffs. Made in USA.
