Late 1960s Era Union Made Filson Mackinaw Cruiser in roughly a size 42. This one has some wear, the front placket button holes could use some tightening and many of the buttons look to have been replaced. Oddly enough, the cuffs appear to be lacking buttonholes but overall the jacket is in fair vintage condition.
