Vintage Deadstock 1950s 2-Piece Floral Blouse & Velveteen Capri Pants Set, XXS

Vintage 50s two-piece blouse and matching pants set with floral motif. The cotton blouse is long-sleeved with curved cuffs, a pointed collar and two front disc buttons. The tapered black velour pants are high-waist 3/4 length with a side plastic zipper and an appliqué going up the right leg. The appliqué has been achieved by glueing floral cut-outs of the blouse fabric and adorning it with glitter details and felt leaves. 

COLOUR: Black, grey, teal, white, pink

FABRIC: Cotton "Crompton New World Fabrics, twill black velveteen 100% cotton".

LABEL: Shipmates Sportswear "For youthful fashions". St Louis, Missouri.

CONDITION: Very good, new old stock, never worn. The blouse seems as though the left side is not cut symmetrically. The velveteen has picked up some dust.
