1950s dress by Filcol NY. Black silk velvet bodice with notched collar, taffeta lining, two tulle skirt layers with outer having strips of velvet trim. Floral corsage, metal side zipper.
Velvet is crushed a bit under the corsage otherwise - excellent condition.
