Rare and whimsical 1950s cotton sundress featuring an underwater-themed novelty print with sea life, coral, shells, and fishing nets in warm earthy tones and soft oceanic hues. Sweetheart neckline with double contrast straps in olive green and brown, fitted bodice with a dipped back, and full pleated skirt. Interior seams show 2” of extra bodice fabric that could allow for adjustment (see photo).
condition:
Very good. A faint fade line at hem where the dress was previously let down. Clean and freshly laundered. As with all vintage, please expect minor wear consistent with age.
