A festive 1940s hat! Tightly woven red straw with an extra-wide black gros grain ribbon and bow in the back. The silhouette is somewhere between a boater hat, a riding hat, and a top hat. The end of the brim is slightly rounded to give a fuller look. The brim is wider in the front than the back. Elastic back strap to help hold the hat on the head. Because the hat sits atop the head, it may require a hat pin to secure it.
