So very Film Noir! Soft black silk velvet that is wrapped around a flexible center with a faux knot at the back from which two velvet tails hang. It looks best worn slightly forward and tilted on the head. This lovely hat will require a hat pin to secure it to the hair.

CONDITION: Overall excellent. The hat shows light, normal wear. There is a bit of discoloration on the interior gros grain band, but this isn't seen when the hat is worn.
