VINTAGE DRESS
Vintage 1930s dress. Features sapphire blue silk velvet, square metal prong set studs, dolman sleeves with slits at the top from shoulder to elbow, a row of glass bugle beads trims each sleeve, open in back, side snap closure, bias cut with stretch. Original belt with bow has snap closure.
Good condition. Presents beautifully but has wear consistent with age. Includes: dot of hard matter at back waist (glue?), some tiny tears/holes and one repair on sleeve. Some faint spots and areas of discoloration which are hard to notice upon wear. A few small areas where velvet has "crushed". All studs seam to be intact but you may notice a few areas where an edge is lifting. Fabric strong and wearable.
