The H20 Proof ECWCS Pant by Tru-Spec is designed to fit over your regular pants to keep you warm, dry, and comfortable, featuring three layers of durable nylon that blocks frigid winter winds as well as water via taped seams and an Advanta lining. What's an Advanta lining? It's basically a flexible, watertight material that's used to make hoses. So in other words, rain, snow, and slush doesn't stand a chance of getting through these waterproof overpants. Don't worry, these pants are definitely not short on function. They feature two pass-through pockets so you can still access gear stored in the pockets of your regular pants, as well as zippered leg opening with hook and loop ankle adjustments to seal them off properly over a boots or shoes.
