This is the modern descendant of the B-3, the jacket the 8th Air Force wore over Europe at 25,000 feet in unheated bombers. We took the lineage and refined it for how a man actually dresses today: waist-length silhouette, clean shearling collar, no costume buckles, no exaggerated proportions. Just a serious cold-weather jacket built to be worn for decades.
Real merino wool sheepskin shearling, with a full-grain leather exterior and a natural wool interior sourced from Turkey, where shearling has been tanned for generations. The wool holds heat without bulk. YKK zippers, an adjustable snap at the waist and two side-entry hand pockets. Handcrafted in a limited run.
Grizzly brown is the deepest brown in the range, a weathered chocolate tone with subtle distressing that gives it a broken-in look from day one. It hides scuffs well and pairs easily with denim, flannel, and earth tones. Among the browns it is the most rugged and outdoors-leaning. Only the black runs darker.

Yes. It is real merino wool sheepskin: a full-grain leather exterior with a natural wool interior, sourced from Turkey. Not faux fur or sherpa polyester.
Very warm. It is built on the B-3 lineage designed to keep aircrews alive in unheated bombers at altitude. The natural wool holds heat without bulk.
Both are dark browns. Grizzly leans more weathered and rugged, with subtle distressing for a broken-in look from day one. Espresso reads slightly more refined and even-toned.
Use the WaiR tool for a personalized recommendation. The waist-length B-3 cut runs true to size. The wool adds warmth, so size up only if you plan to layer a heavy sweater underneath.
A one year warranty covers stitching, hardware, and structural defects. Normal patina and wear marks are part of how the jacket is meant to age and are not defects.
