The patent pending Otter ThermalTec Layering System has all the benefits of a full thermal shell without the tradeoffs of excessive frost and light transfer through sewing and weld lines.
Otter?s unique layering system allows the inner and outer layers to function independently. The outer shell has minimal exterior seaming providing outstanding wind and light blocking capabilities. The full thermal quilted inner layering system in combination with the floating thick outer shell provides higher lofting attributes, locking in heat and virtually eliminating condensation.

Otter sleds are 100% roto-molded that results in the ultimate in durability with seamless surfaces and uniform wall thickness. One-piece Polyethylene Construction for the strongest, most reliable and the optimum in cold weather performance. Perfect attack angle for conquering snow, slush and rugged terrain.

Super Strong Oversize Square Tube Aluminum Frame for the ultimate in framing structure with Ultra-Glide System. Ultra-Glide operation includes nylon inserts for smooth set-up and take-down. All Shelters come with a full set of xtreme condition wind support poles.
