Vintage 1940s/50s Ortega weavers Chimayo coat in cream woven wool with pattern on both sides of the front and also on the back. Large black leather loop buttons. Lined.
This style of coat has a long history dating back to the 1920s or so, when the first of these coats were made by cutting up big, handwoven, Chimayo blankets.
