You can go on a climbing trip without this stuff but frankly we don't know why you'd want to. EI Cap's blissfully soft, moisture-wicking fibers work hard when you do, but power-lounge with equal enthusiasm. The lightweight double-faced fleece is quick-to-dry and packable. The men's jacket has a trim cut, a dropped tail for warmth and welted front pockets. The women's jacket is decidedly feminine. The overall cut is fitted - contoured seams follow female curves, the tail is dropped and on-seam pockets warm the hands. As for the pants: The men's have zippered leg openings that fit over boots, front pockets with snap closures and a zippered rear pocket; the women's have waist darts and angled side seams for a slim silhouette, and handwarmer pockets with invisible zips.
