Gorgeous hand beaded pelmet that likely dates back to the Victorian era or 1910s. It is made from tiny glass beads in shades of purple and blue that creates a beautiful design. The back is made from a canvas weight cotton. This would have been used to decorate a mantel, shelf or clock and would have hung over the edge. You could also use it as a wall hanging!
