A wonderful old large Swiss Cow bell with intricate leather Appenzell embroidery and multicolored fringes in red, yellow, green Burgundy and white. This bell is marked with SAENTIS, INC. 2911 SUMMIT AVENUE UNION, New Jersey USA. In addition it features carved village scenes with cows, a Swiss chalet, a Ram and various alpine flora and fauna. This bell is in wonderful antique condition and has been preserved with a leather conditioner and a light cleaning of the brass. If desired this bell would polish to a mirror finish however we leave that decision to the next owner. We tend to fall in love with the patina a bell develops over time.
