Very cute 1890s wrapper / house dress with a watteau back, likely for a young woman judging by the size.
Inner bodice closes with milk glass buttons. No closures on the outer dress. Machine and hand sewn.

Good condition overall with some faint stains throughout and a few mends. Some of the pleating has come loose on the back, as shown.
Strong enough to wear with care.
I have not cleaned this dress, and although I have aired it out, it may have a faint odor of mothballs.
